Place higher bets than standard members – across Live Casino and Sports.
On many platforms, VIP simply means leveling up through a tiered system. The 999ox VIP Program is different — at every tier, you receive real, tangible value, not just a badge. The more you play and deposit, the faster your VIP points accumulate and the quicker you advance to the next level.
The journey starts at Bronze. After your first deposit, you automatically become a Bronze member and begin earning cashback right away. Every deposit and bet you place after that earns you points. Once you hit the required threshold, you'll be promoted to the next tier.
The Gold tier is the most exciting step in the 999ox VIP Program because it's where you first get access to a dedicated personal account manager. Your manager learns your preferences and gaming patterns, then suggests tailored offers and bonuses to match. If you ever run into an issue, you can reach them directly.
Gold members receive 12% weekly cashback and gain access to exclusive tournaments not open to regular players — meaning less competition and a better shot at winning.
The Platinum and Diamond tiers are designed for players who enjoy high-volume, high-stakes gaming on 999ox. Reaching these levels means you're among the platform's most valued members — and every benefit you receive reflects that.
Diamond members have access to a dedicated host available 24/7. This host doesn't just handle technical support — they also help arrange personalized gaming sessions tailored to your preferences. Reach out by phone, message, or chat in whatever way suits you, and you'll get a response right away.
The most popular perk of the 999ox VIP Program is regular cashback. At the end of each week, your cashback is calculated based on your total net loss and credited directly to your account. It can be withdrawn with no wagering requirements attached — and that's what sets the 999ox VIP system apart from the rest.
For example, if you're a Gold member and your net loss for the week is BDT 5,000, you'll receive BDT 600 in cashback at the 12% rate. It lands in your account every Monday morning.
Exclusive tournaments are held each month for Gold members and above. During cricket season — whether IPL or BPL — you can compete in VIP Sports Tournaments for major prizes. The Live Casino Tournament also rewards the top baccarat player each month with a special trophy and cash prize.
Reaching VIP status at 999ox is simpler than you think. Register, make your first deposit, and you automatically become a Bronze member. Keep playing regularly from there. Your account dashboard always shows how many points you've accumulated and how many more you need to reach the next tier.
There are no shortcuts to reaching a higher tier – and that's intentional, so every VIP member truly earns their status. That said, special Double Points Weekends do come around during select events, where you can earn twice the points in half the time.
Responsible gaming remains the top priority within the 999ox VIP Program. VIP members can still set deposit limits and use the self-exclusion feature at any time. Learn more Responsible Gaming page.
